Request for Information from Police

Requesting for road blockage for a function.

Please provide a letter of application to the Commander Tongatapu District or to your Officer in Charge of the Police District in the Outer Islands.

Registering a social gathering, dance, concert, bazaar or bingo.

Please provide:
a) Letter of Application stating the event, name, and necessary information.
b) Letter of Support from the Town Officer of the village where the event is held.
c) If you are submitting your application from any place in the Hahake or Hihifo District, your application letter must be approved by your District Commander of Police before lodging it at the Central Police Station, Nuku’alofa
For raffles, please provide:
a) a letter of application stating - Date, Time, and Venue
Number of Tickets to be Sold Out and the price per Ticket
List of Prizes
Once your application is approved, you will be contacted for the application payment.
Note for Raffle Applications: Your permit shall be approved before you proceed to sell the tickets.

‍Obtain a permit for a bus to operate on Sunday.

Please provide a letter of application to the Commissioner of Police.
