Basic Investigation Course 2024

Congratulations to a successful conclusion of a two-week Basic Investigation Course (BIC) training program held today, Friday, 6 December 2024. The guest of honor, Commissioner of Police Authorized Delegate, Tevita Vailea praised the successful participants on their two-week training.

Commissioner of Police Authorized Delegate, Tevita Vailea thanked the Tonga New Zealand Police Programme for the comprehensive review of this course program where it is the beginning stages of becoming investigators. In his remarks he said, "As you train, it is important that you make a difference, enhance your investigative knowledge and become investigators with quality and integrity."

With the training coming to a conclusion, the expectation is that the participants go out and make a difference using the skills they have acquired in their respective roles.
